Bertelsmann is seeking a Data Analyst to provide systems support for distribution centers and to assist in distribution projects aimed at process improvements in Wisconsin. You will work with SAP, analyze data, and support ERP-related initiatives.

The role includes training team members on system functionalities, developing training materials, and participating in unit, integration, and regression testing. A high school diploma with SAP experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues
• Train team members on system functionalities
• Trouble-shoot system-related issues
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system
• Assist in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing
• Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements
