Bertelsmann's Arvato SCS seeks an experienced SAP Developer to design and improve the ERP backbone. You will work with internal teams and clients to implement SAP solutions, focusing on MM/SD/LES/PP/WM integration, batch and serialization, and logistics. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work is offered after 6 months, with opportunities to impact global processes and user training. A degree in CS and SAP/ABAP expertise are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience
• 3+ years of ABAP and debugging experience
• Experience with SAP R/3 and some S/4 Hana
• Experience with SAP warehouse modules and logistics processes
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts

Mansioni

• Implementing new customer projects and change requests for Arvato SCS with interaction with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Manage SAP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and training
• Set up end-to-end SCM processes in MM/SD/LES/PP/WM/IM areas
• Deep understanding of Logistics with WM, HU management, RF scanning, batch management and serialization
• Identify and resolve data/process issues with stakeholders
• Gather details on new SAP issues and categorize them for timely resolution
• Work with global IT team for process alignment across regions
• Support departmental process improvements and maintain safety and hygiene standards
• Follow 7s program and guidelines
• Perform additional tasks to ensure efficient operations
