Job summary

Arvato seeks a SAP Super User to join the Implementation Team. You will manage testing end-to-end and help develop and implement operating processes for new business initiatives. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong SAP knowledge, training development, and collaboration with diverse teams.

You will contribute to testing strategies, troubleshoot issues with IT, and produce training materials to ensure users are proficient with new system functionality and processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills and adaptability to shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operating processes and systems for new business initiatives.
• Create project-specific training concepts and execute training programs; document all training.
• Develop testing matrices and oversee end-to-end testing activities.
• Perform Front-End to Back-End testing, including system unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues with IT teams.
• Create and update training materials for new functionalities and system updates.
• Use data analysis tools to extract insights and support SAP performance optimization.
• Participate in departmental process improvements based on performance and user feedback.
