Bertelsmann is seeking a systems-focused SAP Data Analyst to support distribution center operations and drive process improvements. You will aid in system testing, training, and data-driven optimization across ERP components within a distribution environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the SAP team, data analysis, and ongoing learning to implement updates and efficiencies across distribution processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues
• Train team members on system functionalities
• Troubleshoot system-related issues
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system
• Assist in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing
• Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements
