Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead SAP, consignment inventory, and enterprise systems initiatives across a complex business and technology environment. You will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, providing structure, governance, and accountability while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.

7+ years of project or program management experience.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
Strong governance with planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
Ability to translate complex technical and business topics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Own and manage project workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAIDD logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
Coordinate across Product, IT, eCommerce, Operations, Engineering, and business teams.
Drive project execution, manage dependencies, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
Provide concise executive-level communications and leadership updates.
Support testing, deployment, operational readiness, and change management activities.
Ensure accountability across stakeholders and follow up on key actions and deliverables.
