Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead SAP, consignment inventory, and enterprise systems initiatives across a complex business and technology environment. You will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, providing structure, governance, and accountability while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Strong project governance background including project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to simplify complex technical and business discussions into actionable insights.
• Experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, system integrations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAIDD logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate across Product, IT, eCommerce, Operations, Engineering, and business teams.
• Drive project execution, manage dependencies, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Provide concise executive-level communications and leadership updates.
• Support testing, deployment, operational readiness, and change management activities.
• Ensure accountability across stakeholders and proactively follow up on key actions and deliverables.
