Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Experience supporting global HR deployments and multi-country configurations.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong confidentiality of data and information.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations during S/4HANA rollout and expansion.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and end-to-end HCM processes.
• Provide post-go-live support for SF and S/4HANA integrations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and external system integrators.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to HRIS standards and operating models.
