Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead requirements workshops and design scalable configurations for Compensation and Time Tracking.

You will ensure effective integration with Employee Central, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support testing, go-live, and hypercare in a global, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, including solution design and configuration.
• Configuration and delivery experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Tracking.
• End-to-end implementation or rollout experience in the listed areas.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, time management, and payroll data dependencies.
• Experience with international and cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency; German a plus depending on project.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and solution-design workshops for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations aligned with templates and local needs.
• Configure compensation worksheets, budgets, and statements.
• Support cycle preparation, data validation, and go-live activities.
• Configure Time Tracking profiles, work schedules, and approvals.
• Ensure integration with Employee Central and payroll solutions.
• Collaborate with integration teams on data replication and APIs.
• Develop specifications, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Communicate risks, decisions, and improvements to stakeholders.
