HR Path Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant/Manager to lead our SAP payroll consulting practice and serve as the senior subject matter expert for payroll technology solutions.

This role is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of SAP payroll consultants while providing strategic guidance, solution leadership, and delivery oversight for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, enhancements, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance.
• 7+ years of SAP Payroll experience, including SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
• Review payroll schema, rules, wage types, payroll calculations, and country-specific requirements.
• Support full lifecycle implementations including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production.
• Advise clients on payroll transformation strategies and roadmap planning.
• Oversee integration with Time, Benefits, Finance, and external systems.
