Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect for a Columbus, OH-based contract-to-hire opportunity. The role centers on owning and maintaining the SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and NICE CXone transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and utility-sector regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on SAP Service Cloud (C4C) architecture and integration experience.
Experience with NICE CXone CCaaS including CTI, IVR, ACD, and WFM.
Proven ability to design enterprise-scale integrations across SAP C4C, ERP/S4HANA, and CIS legacy systems.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end integration architecture across CIS, SAP C4C, NICE CXone, and peripheral systems.
Chair Architecture Review Boards and govern design decisions across delivery towers.
Produce architecture artefacts: SADs, designs, data flows, and NFRs.
Manage technical risk and oversee vendor solutioning for enterprise alignment.
