Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Senior SAP Service Cloud Solutions Architect (Contract to Hire) in a hybrid model with remote Mondays and Fridays and onsite Tue–Thu in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN. The role leads architecture for SAP Service Cloud (C4C) and NICE CXone CCaaS across CRM, CIS, and data exchange, ensuring scalable, compliant integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud (C4C) including configuration and extensibility.
• Hands-on NICE CXone CCaaS across omnichannel routing, IVR/IVA, APIs, and agent tooling.
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise integrations between cloud platforms and legacy CIS/applications.
• Experience leading architecture governance, Architecture Review Boards, and cross-vendor collaboration.
• Strong focus on non-functional requirements: security, reliability, scalability, and performance.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the solution architecture across SAP Service Cloud, NICE CXone, legacy CIS, EDL, and related systems.
• Define and govern end-to-end integration architecture across CRM, CCaaS, CIS, middleware, and downstream systems.
• Chair Architecture Review Boards and Design Authority forums to approve key design decisions.
• Ensure designs align with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and program blueprints.
• Produce architecture artifacts: SADs, HLDs/LLDs, data flow diagrams, NFRs, and RACI models.
