Job summary

Charter Global is seeking an SAP ECC SRR OTC Analyst/Business Analyst for onshore remote work. The role requires 7+ years in SAP OTC with SD integration to SFDC, Hybris, or web-based OMS.

The contractor will support order management, logistics, billing, and finance interfaces, with a first-week in-person session at the client site in Santa Clara. Two positions available, 5+ months contract, with strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivering functional solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Title: SAP ECC SRR OTC - Analyst - Business Analyst Onshore (Downstream/ Upstream)

Location: WFH/Remote

Duration: 5 months+ contract

Number of Positions: 2

Actual number of analysts needed = 2; one OTC analyst for downstream and one OTC analyst for upstream.

Role Overview

• We are seeking an SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) BSA / Functional Consultant with minimum 7 8 years of hands-on experience strong expertise in SAP SD processes and integration with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP Hybris, or web-based order management systems. This customer-facing role requires strong communication skills to engage directly with customers, understand their business needs, and guide solution discussions. The ideal candidate can independently analyze business requirements, investigate existing system behavior, and deliver functional solutions across order management, logistics execution, billing, and finance integration. Please note, first week in-person at client site required in Santa Clara with EY business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and communicate solution recommendations and progress.
• Lead customer workshops, requirements discussions, and functional solution walkthroughs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP OTC configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Support SAP OTC integration with SFDC, Hybris, and web-based order management systems, including BAPI-based sales order creation and updates.
• Analyze and enhance sales order processing, including EDI interfaces, some debugging and related error resolution.
• Support logistics execution processes, including serial number usage, storage location (SLOC) determination, delivery processing enhancements, and EDI integration.
• Investigate issues by reviewing existing system data, configurations, interface messages, and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, logistics, warehouse, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for process and interface changes.
