Job summary

Shiro Technologies LLC in Dallas seeks an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with deep SAP SD, S/4HANA, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash expertise. You will configure, integrate, and optimize complex OTC processes across pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing.

The role requires 5+ years SAP OTC/SD, hands-on SAP S/4HANA, and strong knowledge of EDI/IDocs, APIs, and cross‑module integration with FI/CO, MM, and EWM. You will lead testing, deployments, and post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP OTC / SAP SD experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, and order management.
• Knowledge of Advanced ATP, Credit Management, and Output Management.
• Experience with EDI, IDocs, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD-FI, MM, EWM, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OTC processes, including sales order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and invoicing.
• Configure advanced pricing procedures, condition techniques, output determination, and revenue-related processes.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA Sales, Business Partner, and Customer Master Data.
• Implement Advanced ATP (aATP), Product Allocation, Backorder Processing (BOP), and Credit Management.
• Handle EDI/IDoc integrations, API interfaces, and third-party system connectivity.
• Work on SAP SD integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, and EWM.
• Support intercompany sales, third-party sales, consignment, and returns processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
