Lawson Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support SAP Sales & Distribution processes within Customer Service, Billing and Pricing.

The role blends business analysis with IT collaboration to define requirements, configurations, testing and deployment across the SAP landscape. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the Chicago office and two days remote, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, vision, dental, medical, vacation and paid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with SAP Order to Cash experience
• Advanced project management skills handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with client-facing skills

Responsabilités

• Manages the relationship between business partners and IT regarding requirements, solutions, and priorities.
• Works with business partners to ensure initiatives align with goals and deliver value.
• Maintains expertise in SAP SD capabilities and best practices to optimize processes.
• Assesses cross-functional impact of changes to business processes.
• Assists in solution development, scope definition, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develops new processes and documents system solutions.
• Provides system support and maintains production service levels.
• Supports upgrades and migrations meeting business requirements.
