Sirtex Medical in the U.S. seeks a SAP Business Analyst to own ticket intake, analysis and resolution for Production, Operations and Finance modules. You will coordinate with external SAP partners for changes and help shape ongoing S/4HANA migration work via program leadership.

Local Boston area presence is required with a 3/2 hybrid schedule. You will manage incident lifecycles, document resolutions, and enable users through clear instructions while aligning with SLA expectations and business

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP experience in a BA/functional/application support role.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of SAP PP, MM, QM, or SD.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow) and SLA-driven support.
• US work authorization and ability to work on-site in Boston; no remote.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ticket lifecycle in Zendesk and coordinate with AMS partners.
• Gather CR requirements and coordinate production changes.
• Provide user enablement materials and maintain docs.
