Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, IT Business Analysis (SAP Sales & Distribution) to oversee SAP SD functionality, collaborate across teams, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role emphasizes system stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, supporting large SAP deployments, and maintaining detailed specs and process flows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree and 4 years; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration with successful implementations and support.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and managed service providers to design, configure, and test SAP SD solutions.
Document business requirements for Sales and Distribution modules; align with objectives.
Support SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects including upgrades and new rollouts.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specs and process flows.
Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD; guide troubleshooting.
