Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply security engineering processes, assess circuitry, and guide acquisitions and protection of CPI across weapon systems.

Successful candidates hold a TS/SCI clearance, 20+ years in engineering with DoD experience, and SAP/SCI background, with readiness to travel up to 10% and collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners.

Qualifications

Active Top-Secret (TS) clearance with SCI/SAP access and recent background investigation within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
Master's degree in an engineering discipline with 20+ years relevant DoD/government experience.
Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years.
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems.
Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies.
Provide engineering support for acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight.
Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
Assess capabilities to meet system requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with DoD labs and industry to evaluate susceptibilities and vulnerabilities.
Identify technologies to protect CPI for program protection.
Work with AT Evaluation Teams to understand designs and identify vulnerabilities.
Improve anti-tamper/exploitation design, development, and sustainment.
Evaluate system test plans and conduct tests at system/subsystem levels.
Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade studies.
Create, staff, publish, and maintain security classification guides.
