Job summary

Mtsi Va is seeking a seasoned security professional to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (ATEA FPO) with SAP/SCI security expertise. You will advise the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), develop and implement security policies, and prepare determination packages for approvals and SOPs.

You will oversee SCIF operations and ensure strict classification compliance. Responsibilities include training, program access management, and collaboration with security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant DoD work experience.
• No less than 3 years’ experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last 5 years.
• Active Top Secret clearance; eligible for SCI and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize SAP security support for directorate programs and facilities.
• Serve as primary contractor advisor to the GSSO, delivering actionable recommendations for approvals and determinations.
• Draft security policy and guidance for classified operations and advise on security posture.
• Advise personnel on SAP/SCI access policies and manage access quotas and rosters.
• Open/close SCIFs, perform security checks, and coordinate with AF/DoD requirements.
