Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks experienced security professionals to support the DoD ATEA FPO in SAP/SCI security.

You will serve as the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) for assigned programs, develop security policies, and ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and DoD directives. You will design security education programs, review PARs, and collaborate with SME teams to resolve classification issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant DoD work experience.
• No less than three years in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last five years.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; SCI and SAP access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct SAP security for assigned programs and facilities.
• Develop and implement security policy and guidance for classified operations.
• Provide guidance to personnel per directives and SCGs (NISPOM).
• Design and deliver SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
• Open/close SCIFs and manage SCI security activities as required.
• Review and process security documentation (DD Form 254s, OPSEC plans, etc.).
• Support program oversight and SAP indoctrination updates.
