Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP Sales Professional to own and win competitive SAP opportunities from Phase 0 through contract execution. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, align with executive stakeholders, and translate business value into differentiated SAP solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with SAP practice, alliance partners, and delivery teams to define ROI, drive win strategies, and shape negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience closing large SAP deals (S/4HANA, Rise with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
• Minimum 3+ years experience carrying individual quota (preferably $20M).
• Minimum 3+ years experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 3+ years experience cross-functional collaboration in a global org.
• Minimum 3+ years experience of P&L awareness, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Industry experience in Resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from identification through contract signature in competitive environments.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment to define the business case and ROI.
• Develop win strategy and competitive positioning at each stage.
• Influence stakeholders to shape requirements and objectives in Accenture's favor.
• Partner with SAP practice and delivery teams to co-create differentiated SAP solutions.
• Anchor pursuit in measurable client outcomes and embed business case rigor.
