Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP Sales Professional to own the full sales lifecycle for SAP opportunities, from initial discovery through contract execution, in a competitive market.

You will lead executive sessions, define compelling business cases with ROI, and drive pursuit strategy while collaborating across Sales, Delivery, Technology, Industry, and Alliances to win big SAP deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Minimum 3+ years closing large, complex SAP deals (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
• Minimum 3+ years carrying individual quota, preferably of $20M.
• Minimum 3+ years experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders across client and partner organizations.
• Minimum 3+ years experience of cross-functional collaboration in a global matrixed organization.
• Minimum 3+ years experience of P&L awareness, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Industry experience required in Resources.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract signature in competitive environments.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment sessions to define the business case, ROI, and SAP capabilities.
• Drive qualification, win strategy development, and competitive positioning at each pursuit stage.
• Influence C-suite and program sponsors to shape requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with SAP practice and delivery teams to co-create differentiated SAP solutions.
• Anchor pursuits in measurable client outcomes and value selling throughout the process.
