Genpact seeks an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a multi-million-dollar S/4HANA transformation across global regions. You will own the program from discovery through template design to multi-wave deployment, managing budgets, scope, and executive relationships with CIO/CFO/COO.

You will lead a matrix of program managers and solution architects, oversee data migration and cutover, ensure governance, and drive AI-enabled delivery levers to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 18+ years SAP experience with director-level ownership of global S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven track record from discovery to multi-wave deployment.
• Experience migrating ERP landscapes onto S/4HANA (SAP and non-SAP).
• Ability to build and influence C-suite relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability on large engagements.
• Global delivery experience with offshore/nearshore teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the full program lifecycle from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Lead discovery, assessment, roadmap, and executive recommendations.
• Build trusted C-level relationships and act as the executive face of delivery.
• Lead and develop program managers and solution architects across regions.
• Design the global template and SDT with localization governance.
• Migrate legacy and non-SAP ERPs to S/4HANA across regions.
• Estimate efforts, resources, and pricing; manage change orders.
• Oversee budget, forecast, margin, and invoicing for the program.
• Drive global delivery with onsite, offshore and nearshore teams.
• Establish governance, RAID, stage gates, dashboards and QA reviews.
• Manage delivery risk and ensure on-time deployment.
• Drive business readiness and client adoption in each wave.
