Job summary

Stater Bros. Markets seeks a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to support and optimize SAP S/4HANA and retail solutions across the enterprise. The role requires collaboration with business, IT, and vendors to stabilize processes and deliver enhancements.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, configuration governance, and delivering functional specs, test plans, and knowledge articles. Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP functional experience including configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Experience with at least two core SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, SD, MM).
• Experience with CAR and/or PMR processes (POS data flows, pricing, promotions).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP S/4HANA core modules and retail solutions (CAR/PMR).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and changes with IT and vendors.
• Serve as SME for assigned processes, ensuring stable, scalable solutions.
• Support root-cause analysis for recurring issues in functional areas.
• Maintain configuration discipline per governance, testing, and release processes.
• Develop and maintain functional specs, configs, test scenarios, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate unit testing, SIT, regression, UAT, and release readiness activities.
• Collaborate with process owners, Merchandising, Finance, Store Ops, IT, and external partners.
