Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes using Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
