Job summary

Venteon seeks a Senior Manager, SAP S/4HANA Functional Solutions to lead the functional strategy and execution of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation in a complex manufacturing environment. You will guide a team of SAP Function Analysts and collaborate with executives.

Strong leadership, ERP, and SAP Activate experience are required to drive the transition, ensure standardization, and minimize customization across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP functional and ERP leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing environments.
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations or transformation programs.
• Broad knowledge across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and/or PM.
• Experience leading SAP functional teams and working with major System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and enterprise business process transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and the SAP System Integrator.
• Review and approve functional solution designs and key implementation deliverables.
• Lead functional activities through design, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Promote SAP best practices, process standardization, and reduced customization.
