Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking an experienced SAP Purchasing Specialist to support a medical device leader with strategic and tactical procurement activities. You will manage RFQs, maintain SAP PO workflows in S/4HANA, and coordinate engineering change readiness across cross‑functional teams.

Strong supplier communication and a detail‑oriented, fast‑paced approach are essential. The role requires 5+ years in purchasing/procurement, SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred), and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or buyer experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, including PO processing.
• Experience generating and tracking RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage RFQs.
• Review supplier quotations and track responses.
• Expedite purchase orders and communicate status.
• Monitor open orders and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate purchasing activities to meet business requirements.
• Process PO revisions and SAP transactions.
• Support ECOs and engineering change workflows.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure procurement readiness for design updates.
