Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a Buyer for a 12-month contract to support medical device manufacturing. Role requires SAP expertise and strong MRP knowledge, with min 5 years purchasing experience.

You will procure raw materials, components, tooling and services, manage POs, supplier schedules, and drive cost savings while ensuring GMP/ISO compliance. The position is 40 hours/week, W2 contract, first shift, compensation $20–$25 per hour, with US citizens or GC holders preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years purchasing experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong SAP with detailed knowledge of MRP and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, components, equipment, tooling and services to support production.
• Review material requirements, plan and monitor supply to meet schedules.
• Generate cost savings and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and manage POs, confirmations, and delivery schedules.
