Job summary

Engineering Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to support procurement operations during an enterprise ERP implementation at a medical device manufacturer.

You will process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain supplier records in a controlled quality system. You will gather quotes, compare pricing, support supplier evaluation and qualification, monitor inventory, and drive replenishment with the planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing, materials planning, or supply chain experience.
• Purchasing experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace).
• Hands-on ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade experience a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 purchasing controls a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookups; basic data analysis.

Responsibilities
