Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Principal Program Manager for the Propel SAP migration within Electric T&D. You will coordinate across Electric T&D, IT, Asset Management, Engineering and external partners to deliver business capabilities and ensure readiness and value realization.

This hybrid role requires strategic planning, risk management, and influencing without direct authority. Bay Area salary range is provided; discretionary incentive compensation may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of job-related experience.
• Masters degree preferred.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Electric T&D business objectives.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between program deliverables and Electric T&D business priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to define future-state operating models and processes.
• Lead change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities.
