Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead SAP-enabled integration and data readiness for the Propel program within Electric T&D. You will drive cross-functional execution, align business and technology teams, manage risks, and coordinate asset and master data readiness.

The role requires deep program management experience, knowledge of SAP/S4HANA, and strong collaboration across operations and IT, with a hybrid work arrangement across Bay Area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 10 years of job-related experience.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Electric Transmission and Distribution operations, maintenance, construction, planning, and asset management.
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives supporting Electric T&D Propel objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, SAP delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs for program readiness and execution.
