Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Job-related experience, 10 years.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Electric T&D objectives.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between program deliverables and Electric T&D business priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to define future-state operating models and processes.
• Lead change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and leadership reviews.
