Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Program Manager - Senior Associate in the United States to oversee large-scale SAP implementation programs within the Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice. You will collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

You will mentor teammates, apply critical thinking to complex SAP scenarios, and drive operational efficiency while delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP program/portfolio management.
• Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields preferred (Accounting, Business/Management, CS/IS, Finance, HR/IR, Organizational Management).

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale SAP implementation projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers and technical teams to define goals and develop plans.
• Allocate resources and monitor progress to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate multiple SAP projects and stakeholders for successful solution delivery.
• Apply agile methods and PM tools to track status and drive benefits realization.
