Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP Finance Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end SAP-enabled programs for clients across industries. Translate complex goals into actionable SAP roadmaps, guide diverse teams, and ensure value delivery across the lifecycle.

You will work in a collaborative, innovation‑led environment, stay current on SAP platform capabilities, and drive best practices in finance transformations. Travel 0–100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP functional/technical experience incl. PS, WBS, budgeting, and reporting
• Minimum 5 years hands-on EP‑PM, incl. Portfolio, Portfolio Bucket, and Portfolio Item config; budgets and integration with PS
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, incl. project planning and solution architecture for Utilities or related clients
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 7 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Operations and Finance executives on business challenges/trends and SAP value
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases & roadmaps
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP tech and partner add-ons
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value
• Describe AI-driven improvements to enhance project delivery within SAP
• Advise and deliver Finance solutions using best practices and SAP innovations
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise
• Be a thought leader, develop assets and best practices for transformation experts
