Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Manager to drive Finance Transformation programs using SAP platform capabilities, AI-enabled approaches, and cross-functional delivery across client industries. You will guide multi‑disciplinary teams, define roadmaps, and articulate business value to senior executives.

You will operate in a highly collaborative, digitally driven environment, aligning SAP solutions with client goals and industry trends while mentoring teams and shaping best practices worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Project Systems including WBS Element/Project Structuring, budgeting, reporting on costs and labor.
• 5+ years hands-on EP-PM experience incl. Portfolio, Portfolio Bucket, and Portfolio Item Configuration; workflows and budgeting.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including utilities or related clients.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 7 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Operations and Finance executives on business challenges and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and add-on partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI can deliver value.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on SAP best practices and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices for transformation experts.
