Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Travel up to 50% expected.
• 7+ years SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP project management.
• Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, upgrades, or ongoing support).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP configuration and integration issues.
• Practical experience with SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE).
• Leadership to guide consulting teams and advise clients on strategy, direction, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead global SAP projects including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and assign tasks to team members.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with client stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the consulting team for growth.
• Foster continued success and collaboration with the end client.
