Job summary

Kearney & Company seeks a Senior PPBE Support professional to provide oversight across PPBE, SPRG, and SAP governance, supporting OSW SAPCO and SPRG leadership. The role requires DoW budgeting knowledge, SAP/SPRG structure, and strong cross-functional coordination with DoW, military, and civilian partners.

On-site in Washington, DC, TS/SCI with SAP eligibility is required. You will analyze budgets, assist with POM, PBR, and PB development, and ensure timely cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of DoW budgeting experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience for contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Knowledge of SAP/SPRG organizations and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of the Government PPBE process.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with diverse partners.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Washington DC.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and senior-level support for PPBE activities.
• Support SPRG staff, meetings, working groups, and conferences.
• Assist with POM, PBR, and PB development and analysis.
• Provide acquisition management support aligned with SPRG processes.
• Conduct acceptance testing for budget formulation software.
• Extract budget and program data from accounting records and system reports.
• Relate organizational needs to anticipated and actual budget figures.
• Support integration with OSW SAPCO and governance processes.
• Ensure timely coordination across DoW stakeholders and SAP communities.
