Job summary

Ellis Group in Miami, FL seeks an accomplished SAP Program Leader to own large‑scale SAP transformations (S/4HANA, cloud ERP) across US and global operations. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, align with business objectives, and ensure regulatory and enterprise roadmap compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT and programme-management experience leading large SAP programmes (S/4HANA, ECC, cloud ERP).
Proven track record delivering multi-country SAP transformations in manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with budget and vendor management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership, able to influence at C-level.
Certifications in programme management (PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2) and SAP delivery are desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide single‑point accountability for end‑to‑end SAP programmes (S/4HANA, cloud ERP, data migration, testing, cutover).
Coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies across SAP and enterprise apps.
Establish governance, schedules, RAID management and executive reporting.
Collaborate with business, IT, SAP teams, and external partners to align with strategic goals.
Oversee financials, budgets, and resource planning for SAP transformations.
Lead readiness, cutover planning, go‑live, and transition to steady‑state operations.
