Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation – SAP GTS to lead the GTS environment and the S4 HANA transformation across the OneRTX framework. You will partner with Enterprise Services to design, build, test, and sustain global trade capabilities while guiding cross‑functional teams through change.

This US‑based, remote role requires 8+ years in GTS/SAP, 3+ years in GTS compliance and customs, and experience with exports/imports, jurisdiction/classification, and restricted party

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTS or SAP
• 3+ years SAP GTS Compliance and Customs
• 3+ years Jurisdiction & Classification
• 2+ years Restricted Party Screening
• 2+ years Exports/Imports (Self-filing & Broker-filing)
• Basic knowledge of US Customs & Intrastat filing

Responsibilities

• Support current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain
• Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) via an Agile Release Train
• Collaborate with business owners on backlog grooming and requirements refinement
• Work with GTS/ECC teams on configuration and development of system capabilities
• Create and execute test scenarios and scripts with stakeholders
• Provide hyper care and sustainment support during migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize GTS processes
• Provide technical guidance for Compliance and Customs enhancements
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications
• Manage multiple priorities and drive successful completion
