Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist in Business Systems and Transformation focusing on SAP GTS. The role supports current GTS v11 and leads future E4H design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain within a SAFe-aligned team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with RTX standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance in exports/imports, classification, and restricted party screening while working remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in GTS or SAP processes.
3+ years' experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management.
3+ years' experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.
2+ years' experience with Restricted Party Screening tools.
2+ years' experience with Exports and Imports (Self-/Broker-filing).
Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing.

Responsibilities

Support current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H solution design and testing.
Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework and Agile Release Train.
Work with business owners to refine backlog and requirements.
Collaborate with GTS and ECC teams on configuration and development.
Create and execute test scenarios with stakeholders.
Assist in migration and hyper-care support for changes.
