Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager of Business Systems and Transformation to lead SAP-related supply chain systems in a remote US-CT environment. The role supports design, build, maintenance and integration across multiple SAP applications, with enterprise level collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires a university degree and extensive SAP experience, strong procurement focus, and the ability to coordinate across teams while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8 years SAP MM and FI experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP functional and technical areas.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with remote partners and customers.
• Strong procurement technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for SAP environments by identifying issues to meet the operational plan.
• Communicate proposed solutions and issues to other DT and Business areas when those teams participate.
• Coordinate with Business Unit leaders to prioritize work for each PI Event considering resources and urgency.
• Provide frequent updates to management on activities, business needs, and resource requirements.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical person to join our digital organization to support our Raytheon Business Supply Chain Systems in Design, Build, Maintenance and Integrations of multiple Supply Chain SAP related applications for both Domestic and International Raytheon locations. Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external customers in the Development of Solutions to proposed adjustments, enhancements, or improvements to the existing SAP environments or proposed environments by identifying key issues required to meet the operational plan.
• Communicate proposed solutions and issues to other DT and Business areas when those teams may be required to participate in the activities to meet the proposed solution.
• Coordinate with the Business Unit leaders in the prioritization of work for each PI Event considering the availability of resources within and outside of the team when required; the Business Value of the proposed work; and the urgency of need based on Compliance or other Directives.
• Communicate with management frequently with updates for all activities, Business Needs, and Resource needs.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and 8 years prior experience with SAP Materials Management and Finance processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP (both Functional and Technical).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to Build and Maintain strong Team relationships with remote Partners and Customers.
• Strong technical proficiency specifically aligned to Procurement.

Location and Work Arrangement

US-CT-REMOTE

This position is remote. Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The employee may be expected to travel to the Santa Isabel site location as needed. Compensation

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. However, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require RTX to shorten or extend the application window.
