Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Business Functional Lead for SAP S/4HANA and EWM in Johns Creek, GA. This on-site role requires translating operational needs into system requirements and guiding validation, testing and adoption across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution and logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
• Hands-on ERP and warehouse management system implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA and/or Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Champion program objectives by aligning business operations with SAP S/4HANA and EWM implementation activities.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process definition and design validation sessions.
• Engage SMEs and super users throughout requirements gathering, testing and deployment.
• Identify and communicate risks, issues and dependencies to project and program teams.
• Support user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure operational readiness.
• Define, document and validate functional requirements and end-to-end process flows.
• Participate in system configuration reviews and validate proposed solutions against business needs.
• Lead and coordinate functional and integration testing to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Monitor and resolve system defects, escalating cross-functional issues as needed.
• Facilitate data validation, cutover readiness and go-live support to ensure a smooth system launch.
• Oversee post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), track outstanding issues and drive resolution.
• Provide continuous feedback to inform business process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and program leadership to ensure a seamless transition to steady-state operations.
