Job summary

Sotalent is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst to support the implementation and optimisation of finance processes within a global life sciences organisation. The role focuses on Analyze to Decide (A2D) processes, including product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include business process design, SAP implementation, testing, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to work on international transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, product costing, variance analysis, or management accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and finance workstreams.
• Hands-on experience in site controlling and as an SAP end user.
• Strong understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) and financial processes.
• Experience analysing business requirements and improving operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage demanding project deadlines.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kneat, or SAP Signavio.

• Develop reporting dashboards and improve financial data accuracy.
• Support system deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
