Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. seeks an SAP Systems Analyst to optimize RtR, O2C, and P2P processes within a regulated pharma environment.

You will ensure SAP S/4HANA enhancements align with FDA, GxP, and SOX, while supporting integration with Ariba and Concur, and maintaining data integrity across Finance and Supply Chain. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT/functional experience focusing on SAP Finance and integration.
• Experience in Life Sciences/Biotech with GxP and CSV understanding.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and modern integration (Ariba, Concur).

Responsibilities

• Support RtR, O2C, and P2P process design and maintenance.
• Coordinate between SD/PS/Finance for complex billing and revenue recognition workflows.
• Plan, configure, test, validate, and cutover SAP S/4HANA changes.
• Facilitate SAP ecosystem integrations with Ariba and Concur; manage third-party interfaces.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; maintain functional backlog in Jira.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and business owners to ensure regulatory readiness.
