Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional for the Core Supply Chain capability. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead SAP-focused engagements, collaborate with clients and teams, translate requirements into technical designs, and deliver architecture solutions within SAP environments.

You will work with business stakeholders to evaluate processes, gather requirements, and design solutions while guiding cross‑functional teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• At least 3 years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, esp. Production Planning (PP).
• Experience leading teams to deliver project milestones within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, recommending SAP best practices for tailored solutions.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery and schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP Manufacturing expertise with strong business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
