Job summary

EY’s SAP Core Supply Chain practice helps organizations modernize enterprise asset management and maintenance operations through SAP S/4HANA. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs, advise executive stakeholders, and help clients improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, maintenance planning, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and client service skills.
• Experience leading global or multi-site deployments.
• Travel 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Advise client executives with thought leadership on maintenance and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business needs, best practices, and tech capabilities.
• Build senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor consultants and managers and foster a high-performing team culture.
