Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an SAP Payroll & Time Management Consultant Lead to drive configuration, integration, and enhancements of SAP Time Management and Payroll. This role focuses on regional localization across Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru, operating in a remote environment while supporting critical AMS engagements.

You will lead design, PCRs, and schemas, provide comprehensive application support, and ensure operational excellence on high-impact enterprise projects using SAP S/4HANA and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years hands-on SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll configuration experience.
• Experience developing and configuring PCRs and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Track record of 5+ full-time SAP S/4HANA implementations with CATS (Positive & Negative time).
• Advanced SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico: taxes, benefits, vacations.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll applications per client requirements.
• Develop and maintain PCRs and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll across Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Provide comprehensive application support including root-cause analysis, break/fix, and regression testing.
• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico including taxes, benefits, and vacations.
• Deliver technical implementation work for SAP S/4HANA projects using CATS for time management.
• Prepare test scripts, run unit tests, and document UAT steps with scenario screenshots.
