Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to join our client’s SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management support team. The role focuses on delivering reliable payroll and time evaluation solutions and requires strong SAP Time-Management and Payroll expertise.

The remote position (Denver, CO area) offers exposure to testing, troubleshooting, and end-to-end delivery with collaboration across business stakeholders and IT teams in an empowered, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll.
• Experience performing break/fix, how-to, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing.
• Experience designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business processes.
• Experience working on PCRs and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work independently while collaborating as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll support, including break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, and testing.
• Design, build, and configure SAP applications to meet business process requirements.
• Work on PCRs and schemas related to Time Evaluation and Payroll, including Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Time implementation with CATS (Positive & Negative time) and contribute to end-to-end delivery activities.
• Own unit test scripts in the HPALM tool and document testing scenarios with appropriate screenshots to support UAT.
