Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/HCM Consultant to work remotely with EST time preferences. Travel is 10–25% to Newtown Square, PA and client locations.

You will implement, configure, and support EC and HCM Payroll, integrate with SAP HCM, gather business requirements, and support testing and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across Private Cloud and Public Cloud, with certification prep for Public Cloud if not yet certified;

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Public Cloud.
• Public Cloud certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors EC and HCM Payroll.
• Manage payroll, time management, org management, and personnel admin.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM/Payroll and third-party apps.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional specs, and assist testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver HR solutions.
