Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to own the procure‑to‑pay (P2P) process landscape and drive digital transformation across purchasing, goods receipt, and invoicing.

The role partners with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to design scalable P2P processes, define KPIs, and govern data quality. You will lead a team of SAP P2P professionals and manage integrations with Ariba, EDI, and banking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of overall SAP experience, with 5+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
• Strong hands‑on functional experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), including purchase requisitions and purchase orders across direct and indirect procurement.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP goods receipt and invoice processing, including GR/IR and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP with sourcing/supplier platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba), EDI/vendor networks, and banking or tax systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business‑facing process owner for P2P – regular collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Lead discovery, design workshops, and mapping of current and future P2P state processes.
• Own end‑to‑end SAP purchasing (PR/PO) for direct and indirect procurement; ensure proper integration with inventory and finance.
• Own SAP goods receipt and invoice processing landscape, drive automation, and improve match accuracy.
• Lead P2P governance, KPI reporting, dashboards, and master data governance for BP/vendor data.
• Oversee SAP P2P enhancements, upgrades, and integrations (e.g., Ariba, EDI, banking systems).
• Mentor and manage SAP functional analysts; manage vendor/partner relationships.
• Ensure adherence to change management, testing, and release governance standards.
