Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Manager to own Order to Cash and Transportation Management landscape. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service, drive design workshops, and ensure seamless SAP–POS–Salesforce integrations for scalable, customer-centric operations.

The role demands hands-on SAP O2C/TM expertise, strong leadership, and ability to drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash and transportation value chain.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience in O2C and TM with SAP SD and pricing.
• Experience integrating SAP with POS, Salesforce, and eCommerce.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O2C and TM processes and their integration points.
• Lead workshops, design sessions, and governance forums with business leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and key KPIs across O2C/TM.
• Manage and mentor SAP O2C/TM functional resources and vendors.
